Exchange Policy (India Only)

  • You may exchange the product within 7 days of delivery for a different size or style.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags intact.

Please Note:

  • SALE items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Unstitched suits (once cut, altered, or stitched) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Policy (India Only)

  • Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the same unused and original condition requirements.
  • Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer and may take up to 15 working days.
  • If your shipment arrives torn or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
  • For defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect products, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package condition until the product is completely unpacked.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, and the condition of the product received.
  • Return, replacement, or refund requests will only be considered if a valid unboxing video and supporting proof are provided. Requests submitted without proper video evidence may be rejected.
  • The company reserves the right to verify all claims before approving any return, replacement, or refund request.
Please Note:
  • Unstitched suits that have been cut, stitched, or altered are strictly non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

If you need to update your size, delivery address, or phone number, please email us at:

with the subject line: “Order Number + Revised Information”.
We’ll be happy to assist, provided your order has not yet been shipped.

International Orders

  • No exchange or return is available for international orders.
  • For size-related assistance, please contact us before placing your order.
